How to add a card to your account

Learn how to add your payment card to Serverwave and fix common issues like declined cards, verification errors, or failed payments.

Option 1: Add via billing page

Log in to the HytaleHosting Panel
Go to Billing → Payments.
Click on the button Add payment method and add your Creditcard or Paypal.

💡 Tip: You can view your balance anytime in the Billing Overview section of your dashboard.

Option 1: Add via top-up page

Log in to the HytaleHosting Panel
Click on Top-up Account in the bottom-left corner.
Click on the button Add payment method and add your Creditcard or Paypal.

Your card details are never stored on our servers, all information provided is handled by our payment processor Stripe. For more information check out Stripe's privacy policy

Troubleshooting

Card not showing up? Refresh your dashboard or wait a few minutes — sometimes adding cards take a short while to process.
Adding a card failed? Your card may not be supported or blocked. For more information contact support.
