How to add credits to your account

Adding credits to your HytaleHosting account allows you to pay for servers, enable automatic top-ups, and keep your services running without interruption.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Log in to your HytaleHosting panel.
Click on Top-up Account in the bottom-left corner.
Select the preferred payment method (e.g. card, PayPal, Creditcard, Google Pay, etc.).
Choose the amount you’d like to add.
Confirm your payment — the credits will be added instantly once the transaction is complete.

💡 Tip: You can view your balance anytime in the Billing Overview section of your dashboard.

Troubleshooting

Payment not showing up? Refresh your dashboard or wait a few minutes — sometimes payments take a short while to process.
Transaction failed? Double-check your payment method or try again with a different one.
