Download & Installation Guide

HytaleHosting has developed, in collaboration with Serverwave a performance server mod to run on your Hytale Server. This guide explains how to download, install, and enable the Performance Mod on your Hytale server.

What this mod does

• Stabilizes TPS under load
• Dynamically adjusts view radius when CPU or RAM pressure is detected
• Triggers garbage collection after large chunk unloads
• Designed for Hytale early-access stability

Installation steps

1. Download the mod

Download and extract the ZIP file on your local machine.

You will find the following files:

• Serverwave_PerformanceSaver.jar
• Serverwave_PerformanceSaver/config.json

2. Upload the mod to your server

1. Open your Hytale server panel
2. Go to File Manager
3. Copy your SFTP details and connect to the server

4. Open the mods/ directory

• If it does not exist, create a folder named mods

4. Upload the files so your folder structure looks like this:

mods/
├── Serverwave_PerformanceSaver.jar
└── Serverwave_PerformanceSaver/
                              └── config.json

3. Start the server

1. Start your server
2. Let it fully boot

The mod will load automatically.

No configuration, commands, or restarts are required.

Notes

• The mod is fully preconfigured by Serverwave
• Safe to use with early-access Hytale builds
• Compatible with standard Serverwave Hytale servers
